How the fuel discount works

The UP Community program by United Petroleum is a free fuel discount program that supports local clubs and charities — and we’re proud to be a registered partner.

When you register with UP Community and nominate Native Animal Trust Fund Inc (our registered name) as your organisation:

  • You save 2c per litre on every fuel purchase at participating United service stations

  • We receive 2c per litre as a direct donation from United Petroleum

  • It costs you nothing extra — the donation comes from United, not your pocket

How To Sign Up

Step 1 — Go to the UP Community page
Visit: unitedpetroleum.com.au/fuel-discount-cards and scroll down to the UP Community section.


Step 2 — Search for Native Animal Trust Fund
Use the club/charity finder on the page to search for “Native Animal Trust Fund”. That’s our registered name.


Step 3 — Join
Select “Native Animal Trust Fund Inc” click Join. You’ll be prompted to register your details (name, mobile number, email).

Step 4 — Download the United Petroleum App

You should receive an SMS containing a link to download the United mobile app from the Apple or Google Play app store. The SMS also contains a verification code which you enter when opening the app for the first time.

An email will also be sent to your registered email address with the verification code that you will need to enter into the App.

Step 5 — Fill up at United
Once you’ve downloaded the App and entered the verification code, your app will now open up with your account. Click on the Fuel Discount and you will find the barcode that needs to be scanned at the United Petroleum service station.

Remember that the barcode needs to be scanned every time you fill up at a participating United service station to receive your 2c/litre discount AND Hunter Wildlife Rescue receives a 2c/litre rebate. It accumulates automatically — no vouchers or cash needed.

You can fill up at any United Petroleums in Australia. There are 8 participating United service stations across the Hunter region. Look for these when you need to fill up:
