Interested in taking on a portfolio position in Hunter Wildlife Rescue?

Portfolio positions are elected once a year at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) in June. When nominations open, members are invited to put their hand up for a role that suits their skills and interests. The Management Committee reviews nominations and elects the successful candidate to serve for the year.

We have a wide range of roles — from government-required positions like Public Officer, to event-based roles such as helping run a market stall for a day or two. Each role has its own selection criteria, duties, and election process, but all position holders are expected to represent Hunter Wildlife Rescue professionally and in line with our objectives.

If there’s an area you’re passionate about, we’d love to hear from you.
