A fellow at Nelsons Plains went out the back door and found a koala sitting on his Whiz Bin. It was a little female and I didn’t think there’s too much wrong with her, probably was chased and has become disoriented.
Neighbours Jennifer and Margaret, both wanted this little girl to be named after them and thats just what we did! Nelsons Plains had been previously designated as having no koalas, so this event caused a lot of excitement. The people from Nelsons Plains delivered some leaf from home for Jen-Marg. She was released a couple of days ago.
