Members can be actively involved
in the Native Animal Trust Fund through:
• rescuing injured, sick, orphaned or distressed wildlife
• rehabilitating injured/orphaned wildlife
• releasing rehabilitated wildlife
• answering the 24 hour hotline
• transferring injured wildlife requiring rehabilitation from
the RSPCA to members
• sewing/knitting pouches, liners or wraps for orphaned possums,
joeys or flying foxes
• making possum boxes
• farming live foods
• disasters relief
• fundraising
• education
• IT support
NB. Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted by the General
Licence GL10040 to rescue or rehabilitate native fauna.
